Sculpture garden over at the Walker Art Center is quite nice. Minneapolis Institute of Arts also cool. Love their room decor recreations.

Was planning to come to your talk last night, but ended up staying in for some family time. Hope the talk went well.

If you’re downtown, check out the walkway system b/w buildings. You can go blocks without ever going outside. Critical in subzero weather

Karen McGrane

Walk from downtown thru Loring Park and sculpture garden, see the Walker. Walk down Lyndale, get a drink at CC Club or Bryant Lake Bowl

Maybe walk to uptown and walk around Calhoun or Lake of the Isles. Or try the Mpls Institute of Arts (the Walker gets all the attention)

Or head Northeast, check out the river, stone arch bridge, the Flour museum (really) and eat at Cafe Alma

you should start my rephrasing that! :)

Never underestimate the thrill of a grain museum’s flour explosion simulator.

What I really miss is going to Saint Anthony Main to see the Museum of Questionable Medical Devices (actual name).

Merlins Rest is an excellent British Isles pub on 36th Av S and East Lake St. HUGE selection of single malt scotch.

Plan for all eventualities. Have an alibi. Leave no DNA or witnesses. Have a solid place to dispose of the evidence. Wear something badass.
