- ctrl+click on a Sketch file and “Duplicate.”
- ctrl+click the duplicate, “Rename” the .sketch extension to .zip.
- Double-click that .zip file.
Voilà! A folder full of assets: images, previews, and pages.

You can do this with Office formats too. A lot of Apple apps can work this way, most notably Keynote.
