Boba Fett is a bouty hunter. His weakness is money. And what’s Batman’s (Bruce Wayne’s) superpower? Money!

Also he’s a ninja who has beaten Superman on multiple occasions.

Based on firepower - Boba. And, if Boba is fighting Batman it’s likely he’s being paid - it’s not personal. Batman can offer Boba money to save himself, yes, It might well be more than Boba is being offered to kill Batman.

But, because of his (Batman’s) moral code it’s unlikely he would hire Boba for future work. So it’s a supply/demand problem. Boba would kill Batman without hesitation knowing the bad guys who hired him are a better source of future work.
