Yeah, that’s what I saw in what I was reading. I don’t know how many people were involved… seems like it was born from a W3 meeting in July 1993, so presumably many people. And he took on the responsibility of writing the HTML+ spec.

Any chance you could share how recommendations go and become feature supported by web browsers? Seems we never get to see the whole process…
